Dr. Ranbir Singh

Dr Ranbir Singh is currently an Associate Professor in Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Guwahati and expert in Computational Analytics with a Computer Science background. 

Dr Singh is responsible for supporting the development of the GIS based Data Management framework and computational algorithm in the project.
